Getting Started

Cultivation Evermortal is the Roblox incremental from Miki and Miffy Games that launched on 9 August 2026. You do not start with a quest log full of named pills or a Talent you must pick from a lore list. You start as a mortal in a 20-player server. Qi begins gathering the moment you load in. Meditation only speeds that gather. When the orb fills, you press Breakthrough. That is the first hour, and this page is the order to play it in so you do not spend Spirit Jade on the wrong screen.

Open Cultivation Evermortal on Roblox, join any server with a free slot, and stay long enough for the Welcome badge to register. The client is online by design: other cultivators share the instance, but your Qi tick is yours. If chat is noisy, mute it. Nothing in the first session requires a party.

Let Qi start before you spend anything

Stand still. The orb should already be filling. That is not a bug and it is not a missing tutorial. The cultivation loop is built around a gather that runs without input, then a meditation toggle that raises the rate, then Breakthrough when the orb is full. If you immediately open every shop, you will spend currencies you do not understand yet. Watch one fill cycle so you know what “full” looks like on your device.

Qi also continues while you are away. That matters even on day one: you can redeem codes, set meditation, and leave. The offline progress page explains the difference between the tick that keeps running and the actions that need you in the server (Breakthrough, rolls, sect spars, Azure Dragon dodges).

Unlock the Codes icon and cash Jade

Play until the Robux Shop unlocks. That shop is the gate for the Codes icon, not a prompt to buy a pass. Open Codes and enter the live lines from the codes hub: sorry for 150 Spirit Jade and azuredragon for 100 Spirit Jade. The redeem walkthrough shows where the field sits if the icon is easy to miss on mobile. Do not save the codes “for later.” Jade is the roll currency. Sitting on unused codes while you stare at an empty Talent board is the most common first-session mistake.

Read what Spirit Jade is for before you tap anything else in that shop. Jade is not a cosmetic wallet. It is how you reroll Talents and Spirit Roots for rare multipliers. Average rolls feel fine in Mortal and then feel like a brick wall two Breakthroughs later.

First Breakthrough, then Techniques

Meditate until the orb is full and press Breakthrough. Do not wait for a perfect moment. A full orb that you refuse to cash is a stopped engine. After the realm door opens, spend Qi on Techniques so the next fill is faster. The Breakthrough guide covers the timing mistakes; this page only needs the rule: empty the orb, then spend, then sit again.

Techniques are the honest rate upgrade. They are not a secret list of named manuals you have to guess. Compare options on the Techniques tier list once you have more than one choice. Until then, buy the upgrade that raises gather or Breakthrough cadence rather than anything that looks like a flex.

Roll Talents and Spirit Roots with a plan

After the first Breakthrough you will want to roll. Stop and look at the Talent tier list and the Spirit Root list first. This wiki does not invent Talent names that the client does not show. Use the live rarities and multipliers, and park the decision in the reroll planner if you are about to dump both code rewards in one impatient streak. A rare multiplier on a slow Technique board still beats a pretty average roll you cannot replace until the next code drop.

The tier list hub is the overview if you do not know which of those three boards you are looking at. Open it once, then stay on the subpage that matches the roll screen in front of you.

Sect, elders, and the rest of the first night

Join a sect when the prompt appears and spar its elders. Elders are how Techniques leave the shop and enter a real fight cadence. You do not need a min-max build route before the first spar; you need to know that sect membership is part of the loop, not a social extra. The players hub is the later home for account-level choices once you have a pair of rolls worth keeping.

Skip Azure Dragon on minute twenty. The Azure Dragon guide is scaled to Battle Power across six difficulties. If you cannot dodge the first strikes, you will be thrown down and you will learn nothing except the knockout animation. Come back after a few Breakthroughs, or after you have a Technique rate that makes sitting feel fast. Dated event changes sit on the Azure Dragon event update.

Gamepasses are optional. Quick Roll (99 Robux) only matters if you already have Jade and hate the roll animation. Faster Cultivation Speed (299) buys a shorter sit. 1.5x Spirit Stones (199) and 1.5x Dao Marks (799) multiply those currencies, not Qi itself. Buy them after you understand the Guides Hub loop, not before the first Breakthrough.

Stay off random executors. If a stranger in a 20-player server offers a script that “maxes Qi,” read script safety and close the chat. The live path is meditate, Breakthrough, Techniques, rolls, sect, then later Ascension. Official and community destinations are listed on the links hub.

Your first hour is finished when three things are true: a code has paid Spirit Jade into the bag, the orb has been emptied at least once with Breakthrough, and you have looked at a Talent or Spirit Root roll before spending the rest. Sect politics, Dragon Essence, and gamepasses can wait until the second session. Close the wiki, sit down, and let Qi do the quiet work it was designed to do.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for cultivators who want the next breakthrough, not another dead end.

What should I do in the first ten minutes?

Join a server, confirm Qi is ticking, wait for the Robux Shop, open Codes, and redeem **sorry** plus **azuredragon**. Then meditate until you can press Breakthrough.

Why can I not see the Codes icon yet?

It appears after the Robux Shop unlocks. Keep playing for a short stretch, then follow how to redeem codes.

Should I buy a gamepass on day one?

No. Breakthrough, Techniques, Talents, and Spirit Roots work without Robux. Passes only compress time after you know which currency you actually lack.

Do I join a sect immediately?

Yes, once the prompt exists. Spar elders for Techniques. Save a full build discussion for after your first real rolls.

Can I leave Roblox and still progress?

Qi continues while you are away. You still need to be in-server to Breakthrough, roll, spar, and fight Azure Dragon. See offline progress.

When do I fight Azure Dragon?

After a few Breakthroughs and a Battle Power that can dodge Easy. Read the Azure Dragon guide before you queue Destruction.
