Cultivation Evermortal Talent Tier List
Multiplier Talents are A-tier. Names belong to the live table, not this page.
Talents are the A-tier spend in Cultivation Evermortal: scarce rolls that can multiply Qi, help a Breakthrough, or raise Battle Power. They are not S-tier. A Spirit Root that multiplies Qi still outranks a Talent because the root sits under every tick — idle, meditate, and offline. If you only have Jade for one scarce system, read the Spirit Root tier list first and come back.
This page still refuses to print a twenty-row named chart. Patch notes rename rows. Screenshots lie. The live in-game rarity table is the authority for what a Talent actually does. Your job is to grade the effect, not memorize a wiki spelling.
If you have not redeemed Jade yet, grab sorry (150 Spirit Jade) and azuredragon (100 Spirit Jade) on the codes list and read the Spirit Jade page so you know what a roll costs.
Where Talents sit on the system list
The parent tier list hub ranks systems, not names:
- S — Spirit Roots that multiply Qi
- A — Talents that multiply (this page)
- B — Techniques bought with Qi; see the technique tier list
- C — Cosmetic or unknown rolls
A Talent can be A, B, or C depending on the effect you just rolled. The system is A because multiplier Talents are scarce and you cannot farm them with sitting. An individual roll that only changes a trail of particles is still C. Do not promote it because the banner looked gold.
How to grade a Talent roll
Score the live tooltip in this order. Write the answer down before you tap again.
- Qi rate. If the Talent multiplies how fast the orb fills, it is doing A-tier work. That multiplier applies while you stand still, while you meditate, and while Cultivation Evermortal keeps gathering after you leave. Rate is the reason the cultivation loop snowballs.
- Breakthrough help. If the Talent makes a full orb convert more cleanly, it is useful but usually second. Breakthrough is a button you press when the orb is full. A faster fill still gets you more presses. Pair this test with the breakthrough guide.
- Battle Power versus Azure Dragon. Easy through Destruction scales to Battle Power. A Talent that raises Battle Power helps you reach Dragon Essence, pills, manuals, the Azure Dragon Relic, sealing talismans, and top-100 Jade payouts. A Talent that only restyles the avatar does not. Climbing notes live on the Azure Dragon guide.
- Synergy with Faster Cultivation Speed (299 R$). The pass multiplies your cultivation speed. A Talent that also multiplies Qi is stacking with a larger base. A cosmetic Talent is still cosmetic after you pay 299 Robux. If you own the pass, be harsher about locking a multiplier before you spend the next Jade stack.
If the tooltip is blank, truncated, or written as flavor, treat the Talent as C until the live table explains it. Inventing a percentage so the roll “feels” good is how a life of Jade vanishes.
Jade budget versus the rest of the kit
Talents compete with Spirit Roots for Spirit Jade. They do not compete with Techniques for Spirit Jade. Techniques are bought with Qi after you meditate and Breakthrough. Spend Qi on Techniques when the orb loop is healthy; do not spend Jade on a Talent because you have not opened the Technique shop yet.
A practical order for one life:
- Claim codes and park Jade. Do not roll on the first screen.
- Lock a Qi-multiplying Spirit Root if the live table shows one.
- Then roll Talents and keep anything that multiplies Qi or clearly raises Battle Power.
- Stop while you still have Jade for a later life. Ascension is the point of the game; a empty Jade purse on a stronger next life is a real cost.
- Buy Techniques with Qi, including manuals that drop from Azure Dragon. Those are B-tier farmable upgrades, not Jade sinks.
Playstyle changes the stop line. A reroller who sits on the gacha all session will burn Jade that an offline farmer would have converted into hours of multiplied ticks. Pick a route on the playstyle hub and the build page so the Talent plan matches how you actually play.
Gamepasses that change Talent math (and ones that do not)
- Quick Roll (99 R$) speeds the roll action. It does not improve odds. If you already decided to spend Jade, it saves time. If you have not decided, it makes over-rolling easier. Set a budget in the reroll planner first.
- Faster Cultivation Speed (299 R$) raises the value of every Qi-multiplying Talent. Buy it when your S and A slots already multiply rate, not as a substitute for a blank Talent bar.
- 1.5x Spirit Stones (199 R$) and 1.5x Dao Marks (799 R$) do not grade Talents. Buy them when those currencies are the bottleneck you can see in the shop, not because a Talent roll “goes with” a pass.
What not to do with this page
Do not copy a named S/A/B list from a video into your notes and treat it as this wiki. We will not invent Talent names to fill space. When a patch ships, open updates for what changed, then re-read the live table and run the four tests above. Official destinations sit on the links hub. Anyone selling an auto-roll script that “stops on S-tier Talents” is asking you to risk the account; read script safety and ignore the pitch.
Rank art from Mortal toward Great Emperor will tempt you to keep a pretty Talent that matches the throne screen. Pretty is C unless the tooltip also multiplies Qi or Battle Power. Lock the multiplier. Reroll the fireworks after S and A are filled, if you still want to.
A Talent is worth locking when you can point at the live tooltip and say it multiplies Qi, clears Breakthrough friction you actually feel, or raises Battle Power for Azure Dragon. If you cannot say which of those three it does, it is not A-tier — it is a screenshot you have not finished reading. Close the roll window, meditate, and spend Qi on Techniques until the next Jade decision is obvious.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for cultivators who want the next breakthrough, not another dead end.
Are Talents better than Spirit Roots?
No. Roots that multiply Qi are S-tier because they sit under every tick. Multiplier Talents are A-tier. If Jade is tight, lock a root first using the Spirit Root tier list.
How do I know if a Talent is A-tier?
Read the live tooltip. If it multiplies Qi rate, it is A. If it only helps Breakthrough, it is useful but usually second. If it only changes looks, it is C. Names are not the test.
Should I roll Talents before I buy Techniques?
Jade rolls and Qi purchases are different wallets. Roll Talents with Jade after a Qi-multiplying root. Buy Techniques with Qi whenever the cultivation loop is running.
Does Quick Roll make Talents better?
No. Quick Roll (99 R$) only speeds the tap. Odds stay on the live table. Set a stop line in the reroll planner so faster taps do not empty your Jade.
Do Talents help Azure Dragon?
Only if they raise Battle Power or the Qi that feeds Breakthroughs into more power. Cosmetic Talents do not clear Easy–Destruction. Pair this page with the Azure Dragon guide.
Will this page list every Talent name?
No. Names change with patches. Use the in-game rarity table, then grade the effect with the four tests above. Patch notes belong on the updates hub.
