Cultivation Evermortal Sects and Elders
Join a sect, spar its elders, take farmable Techniques, then go back to the orb.
The official Cultivation Evermortal loop tells you to join a sect and spar its elders. That is not flavor text. Elders are how you convert time-in-server into Techniques without spending Spirit Jade. This page is the social half of the grind. The button half still lives on how to cultivate and Breakthrough. If you have not redeemed sorry and azuredragon yet, stop here and use the codes list first. A sect will not replace Jade rolls.
This wiki will not invent sect names, elder names, or a hidden ranking of halls. The live client is the roster. What stays stable is the job: sects exist so you can farm B-tier Techniques with Qi-adjacent time instead of treating every upgrade as a gacha tap. Read the technique list so you know what “farmable” means before you sit in a spar that does not raise rate.
Why a sect is not a guild war
Cultivation Evermortal is a 20-player online incremental, not a split-screen couch title and not the older Mortal-to-Immortal guild-war game. A sect here is a Technique source plus a place to stand while Qi ticks. You do not need a 20-person raid to join. You need the UI that the live client labels as sect, then you need elders who will actually spar.
If the join button is still locked, you are probably still in the first-hour gate. Finish the beginner walkthrough, take one Breakthrough, and check again. The experience does not publish a secret keybind for “found a sect.” Use the on-screen prompt. Controls and UI covers where those prompts usually sit on PC versus mobile without inventing keys the listing never printed.
Spar elders, then spend the Qi
Sparring is a live test. It tells you whether your current Technique board actually hits, and it can drop or unlock more Techniques. It is still a B-tier activity on the tier list hub: you can farm it. You cannot farm a blank Spirit Root. Do not skip an S-tier root roll to sit in a spar queue.
A clean sect session looks like this:
- Press Breakthrough if the orb is full. A full orb in a spar is wasted ceiling.
- Join or open the sect UI. Confirm you are in a 20-player server on the official Roblox place, not a clone.
- Spar elders. Take the Technique the live table actually shows. Do not keep a cosmetic.
- Spend leftover Qi on rate Techniques. The reroll planner is for Jade, not for this shop.
- Go back to meditation so the next orb is not a slow climb on a board you just paid for.
If the spar throws you instantly, you do not have a sect problem. You have a Battle Power or Technique problem. Check builds and, if you are in event week, the Azure Dragon guide. Elders are not Destruction. Do not treat them as a prestige fight.
What sects do not do
They do not redeem codes. They do not press Breakthrough while you are away. They do not fill the Azure Dragon sealing bar. They do not replace Faster Cultivation Speed (299 Robux) or Quick Roll (99 Robux). Those passes live on the gamepasses page. A sect also does not inherit into the next life the way Ascension does. You still peak the life, then you still ascend if you want the next mortal to start stronger.
Spirit Jade from the Spirit Jade page still buys Talent and Spirit Root rolls. Spirit Stones and Dao Marks still have their own wallets and optional 1.5x passes. Dragon Essence still comes from the dragon, not from elders. Mixing those wallets because “the sect should give me everything” is how new accounts stall.
Sect playstyle versus other verbs
The players hub calls this the sect sparrer. It is a good weeknight session when Jade is parked and the orb is empty. It is a bad session if you ignore offline progress and log out mid-spar with a full orb. Qi will keep gathering. The spar will not.
Pair sects with the rest of the guides hub. Use script safety if chat offers an auto-spar. No public script was verified. Official destinations sit on the links hub. When the experience stamp moves, check updates before you assume elders dropped a new named manual this wiki has not seen.
A sect is a farm, not a personality. Join it, spar the elders who are actually there, take the Technique the live table shows, and return to the orb. The cultivators who stall in halls are the ones who treated elders like the whole game and forgot Breakthrough still has to be pressed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for cultivators who want the next breakthrough, not another dead end.
Do I need a sect on day one?
No. Redeem codes, meditate, and take a Breakthrough first. Join a sect when you want farmable Techniques, not before Jade exists.
Do elders replace Talent rolls?
No. Elders feed Techniques. Talents and Spirit Roots still cost Spirit Jade. Keep those wallets separate.
Can I spar while I am offline?
No. Offline progress keeps Qi ticking. Spars, Breakthroughs, and dragon fights need you in the 20-player server.
Is a sect the same as Azure Dragon?
No. Sects are Technique farms. Azure Dragon is the event boss with Dragon Essence and the sealing bar.
Where is the join button?
On the live client’s sect UI. This listing does not print a secret key. Use controls and UI for how prompts appear on PC and mobile.
